The IBTA is a not for profit, limited liability company registered in  the United Kingdom and is unable to offer a tax concession/relief/credit and is not eligible for Gift Aid reclaim (UK).

The IBTA's bank is located in the United Kingdom. If paying by credit card the equivalent amount will be deducted from your credit card in the currency in which your credit card account operates.

The IBTA does not purport to raise and distribute funds for brain tumour research, financial assistance to patients and their families, or support activities. We believe that these activities are more successfully undertaken at the local or national level and we have linked to more than 80 such groups known to us, on this webpage , where you can select a group which coincides with your interests. Nevertheless,  we do welcome financial support for our educational and awareness-raising work.
 




Notes: The intention of the founding meeting was that we seek to represent all tumours of the central nervous system. As is the practice in the scientific literature and clinical use, we use the words "brain tumour", not "brain cancer".
