A music video on You Tube by US singer/songwriter and brain tumour survivor David M Bailey singing Tucson, with an introduction by Kathy Oliver (Secretary IBTA), prepared for Brain Tumour North West (UK) 2007.

A 20-minute interview with David M Bailey on Premier Christian Radio (UK) on 24 October 2007 has been uploaded in three parts to the IBTA's You Tube web place. The audio is accompanied by stills from David's CD covers and miscellaneous video footage from his UK visit, together with photos of various walks that were part of the 2007 Walk Around the World for Brain  Tumours. Part 3 contains his song "Message of Hope".

The Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada has uploaded to its website videos of nine presentations made at its annual Information Days, including presentations by Dr Rolando Del Maestro ("Individualized Treatment for Brain Tumours" - 2007) and Dr Susan Chang ("Scientific Update of Brain Tumors" - 2006). Go to the right-hand side of the screen and click on the particular presentation, this will open a new panel for streaming video.

This is a link to a slideshow on You Tube of children with brain tumours, with the song "Angels Among Us" playing in the background sung by 15 year old Sarah Dort. This a link to You Tube of a tour by young brain tumour patient Tobin of the Arthur and Sonia Labatt Brain Tumour Research Centre (Hospital for Sick Children, Canada) which features equipment funded by the b.r.a.i.n. child (lower case) organisation.

Notes: The IBTA is aware that in the United States "tumour" is spelled "tumor" and will use that spelling for printed materials directed to that region. It was also the intention of the founding meeting that we seek to represent all tumours of the central nervous system. As is the practice in the scientific literature and clinical use, we use the words "brain tumour", not "brain cancer".
